What data I process

When you write to me through the contact form, I process the details you provide: your name, company, email address and the content of your message.

Why I process it

I use the data to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal for working together.

Legal basis

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract;
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

How long I keep it

For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. If we do not go on to work together, for no longer than one year from our last contact.

Who works with the data

I do not sell your data to anyone. To process it, I use the following services (processors):

• Web3Forms: forwards messages from the contact form to my email. Data may be processed outside the European Union.
• Cloudflare: website hosting.
• my email provider: where I receive and store your messages.

Cookies and visitor statistics

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools. Visitor numbers are measured anonymously, without cookies, using Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data,
• have it rectified,
• have it erased,
• restrict its processing,
• object to its processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
